| The EMS
and the IDRC will be attending the Seminars to be held within
the framework of the Forty-fourth Annual Meeting of the Board of
Governors of the Inter-American Development Bank and Eighteenth
Annual Meeting of the Board of Governors of the Inter-American
Investment Corporation in Milan, Italy, from 24 to 26 March
2003.
The Seminars will begin on
Thursday, 20 March as preliminary activities.
