PARTNERS FOR AN ECOEFFICIENT CITY
Through special
initiatives EMS promotes, the conduction of research on the evaluation of
ecologically and socially efficient urban management models in the Latin American and the
Caribbean region.
| With these initiatives we expect to facilitate the links between research centres and
the systematic analysis of new reorganisation models and responsibility sharing at the
municipal level |
Joint work between research centres, municipal governments, the private
sector and other forms of organised civil society, facilitates the gathering and
organisation of useful information for all these multiple agents in order to assess the
efficiency of the environmental models used.
